Thanksgiving was especially sweet for AC / Country artist Jimmy White last week when he learned that he was nominated by New Music Weekly magazine for five 2010 New Music Awards, after having already received four nominations from the Independent Music Network for the 2010 Independent Music Awards. These nominations reflect the success of his recent chart topping duet, "Just What I Need", performed with Jonell Mosser.

White has previously won two New Music Awards, winning Crossover Artist of the Year in 2007 and again in 2009, reflecting the success of his 2007 CD "Hidden Pictures" and the 2009 CD "So Far Behind". Additionally, the Independent Music Network awarded White the "Best Male Artist" award at the Independent Music awards in 2009.
White's current single, "Katy Did", was released to AC & Country radio stations last month. The video for that single is going to be promoted worldwide in December.
