MusicDishTV Premieres "Peace Through Music" Filmed Live In Hong Kong

MusicDishTV announced the premiere of the music video "Peace Through Music" from pop singer/songwriter Julien Drolon. The video's release date coincides with the International Day of Peace as well as single release on iTunes.

"Peace Through Music" was shot in May 2010 at the Asian music conference, Music Matters in Hong Kong, which turns out to be the perfect backdrop for Drolon's video, which is his live performance of "Peace Through Music". It highlights Drolon singing the song to an enthusiastic crowd as he reiterates the need for peace, singing not only in English, but in Tagalog, the official language of the Philippines. The acoustic band features some great talent with a female percussionist joining Drolon on vocals for the chorus. Subtitles add to the enjoyment and understanding of the message and the moment, and the percussion group at the end of the video heats it up before Drolon brings it all to a close. Filled with raw energy, and a message of peace and hope, the Hong Kong setting and audience provide the spirit of togetherness that is embodied in the song.

Commenting on the track and video, Drolon said, "Music has the power to break down boundaries and overcome distances between people. It doesn't matter whether people are from different geographic, political, economic, spiritual or ideological backgrounds - music has the universal power to transcend and unite us as one human race."
